Nominations will be accepted from the Hall of Fame Committee, general public, faculty, students, and graduates through April 30th, 2025.

Please complete the form after reviewing the below inductee qualifications:

● All inductees must have at least 5 years between high school graduation or retirement and induction.

● Posthumous honors may be granted in any category.

● Nominations not selected will be filed for future consideration for two years.

● Categories for Nomination:

1. Alumni who participated in North Eugene High School athletics having earned a letter in a particular sport. In addition, they should have received All-League, All-State, or All-American honors. Or an individual who participated in North Eugene High School athletics and competed in college athletics or has attained a profession in athletics.

2. A North Eugene High School team, which has attained record status or state recognition.

3. Alumni who have exemplary achievements and recognition in medicine, science, business, the arts, humanities, or service.

4. Former coaches, teachers, staff and administrators of North Eugene High School.

5. Those who have given meritorious service to North Eugene High School.
